As a patient you will receive private phone numbers to contact the doctor any time you need to — weekdays, after hours, weekends — whenever a medical need arises.
Same-day and next-day appointments are generally available. Schedule by phone or online. Your appointment will begin on time and give you ample time to discuss your questions and concerns. Most appointments average about an hour in length. We will also make house calls when circumstances warrant them.
An accident can happen any time, so Dr. C is available to provide treatment for minor traumas, stitches, strains/sprains and sudden illness.

If you are hospitalized by a specialist, your Personal Physician will confer and stay involved in your care, maintaining a collaborative relationship with the physician in charge of your hospital care, reviewing your hospital records and test results and making hospital visits as needed.

Your plan will be developed by your doctor and will establish ways for you to increase and improve your activity level, give you realistic nutrition guidelines as planned by our nutritionist, and educate you about achieving and maintaining optimum health and preventing disease.
We lay a foundation for preventive care with a series of state-of-the-art examinations and screenings to help detect serious illness such as heart disease or cancer at the earliest and most treatable stages. Our battery of tests is unique in its thoroughness. Annual exams include applicable blood work and tests, such as InBody 520, carotid ultrasound, EKG testing, abdominal ultrasound, pelvic ultrasound, chest x-ray, mammogram and other screenings the doctor deems necessary.
We have access to the nation’s best specialists and can refer you for immediate concerns, preventive care and/or treatment of a chronic condition. Dr. Cavazos will confer closely with the specialist to ensure timely, coordinated medical care.
Dr. C360 will review your medications for efficacy and possible conflicts. We will issue new and refill prescriptions in a timely fashion and arrange for pickup, or home or mail delivery.
Foreign travel requires medical preparedness. Dr. C360 will review your travel itinerary and provide necessary vaccinations and advice. If you require a prescription or refill while traveling, we can call in your medication to the nearest pharmacy.
