Dr. Cavazos or as his patients call him, “Dr. C” has treated and inspired thousands of patients from young to old struggling with low sex drive, obesity and other imbalances in their lives. Dr. C utilizes both alternative and allopathic therapies in achieving each individual’s ideal self.
Dr. C has been practicing for over 30 years with an emphasis on wellness, nutrition and prevention-in a word, wholeness. He treats all ages, young to elderly, and understands the biochemical changes that occur during aging. He was an Honors student in Biochemistry at both Albion College and the University of Michigan Medical School.
Dr. C goes the extra mile in making one feel his/her best inside and out with hormone replacement therapies and also certified to provide cosmetic skin services including Botox and fillers. He welcomes patients desiring wholeness and will make your lives more full. Honors and Societies include: Board Certified by American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, Master Injector by Allergen Institute, Diplomate AAFP, and Phi Beta Kappa member.
Dr. Zina B. Cappiello is an accomplished sports medicine and aesthetics foot and ankle surgeon with over 20 years of experience. Dr. Cappiello's interest in this field grew as a result of being an avid marathon runner and surgeon. She graduated from Lehigh University with honors in Behavioral Neuroscience. She then graduated from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine where she received the President's Award. She completed a surgical residency at Passaic Beth Israel Hospital in Passaic , NJ. She is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. In her spare time Dr. Cappiello loves to travel, run marathons, take french lessons and hike with her dog Loki.
Maka has ultimate responsibility for the performance of DRC360–and she is up for the challenge considering her years of experience. Both Dr. Cavazos and the staff know they can count on Maka to manage the practice while maintaining a high standard of care for every patient.

She is especially gifted in a concierge practice. She takes her time to explain the nuances of all procedures and is empathetic to all concerns.
Maka ensures that DRC360 patients are completely catered to and receive only the best of the best. She describes the DRC360 atmosphere as relaxed and never rushed. At the end of the day, whether working with her team or with patients, she is proud of the practice’s continued growth. She and her husband, Dr. Cavazos founded DRC360 together as a team.

After practicing medicine in the Republic of Georgia for over 20 years, Marine immigrated to the US and became a Registered Nurse. She understands the importance of feeling your best as we age and is a big proponent of IV therapy. She also champions Morpheus and Body Contouring treatments such as EMsculptNEO, CoolSculpting and SculpSure. In addition, Marine is gifted at injecting Botox and fillers as she possesses a very keen “eye” for the artistry of injecting. She is gentle and thorough in her approach to all patients regardless of their needs. Marine truly enjoys seeing and treating patients and contributes to the overall positive vibe of the 360 office.
Ciara is a nationally board-certified physician assistant with over 10 years of experience specializing in aesthetic medicine. Recently relocated from South Florida, where she worked throughout Palm Beach offering the latest in non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Ciara is very happy to be returning to her native Northeast. She brings with her extensive experience, a passion for the ever-changing field of aesthetics, and a commitment to building long-term relationships with her patients while helping them achieve and maintain beautiful results.
Shantel has been with the DRC360 family since 2017, assisting Dr. Cavazos on a daily basis. Her passion for the medical field and all things aesthetic has always found a way to shine through her actions. She not only wants our patients to look their best but also feel their best. Shannie is our Lead Medical Assistant, as well as recently taking on the role of our social media manager. This new role has allowed her to create and curate content that closely corresponds to her dual love for the medical and aesthetic fields. As a patient coordinator, Patricia sets up appointments for our patients interested in medical and esthetic procedures. Patricia has been with the DRC360 office for two years, making her one of our newer members. She believes in providing an extra elevated level of service and follow-up to each patient she works with regardless if it is the first phone call or the patient’s first office visit. What makes DRC360 such a special place for Patricia is the opportunity to put the needs of the patient’s 1st. She particularly enjoys working side by side with other healthcare professionals as a unified team. Patricia enjoys collaborating with other healthcare professionals at DRC360 brainstorming solution, oriented ideas to best sever the needs of each individual patient. Patricia’s motto is “There is no I in team”! “We make’s up Wins”!
Patricia has an extensive background in Ophthalmology prior to joining DRC360. She worked in a similar capacity as an Ophthalmology Technician. She is currently in her 2nd year as a Sophomore at Union County College. She currently has a 3.2 GPA and her major is in Health Education.
As a patient coordinator, Jackie sets up appointments for our patients interested in medical and cosmetic procedures. A member of our DRC team for the past 3 years it gives her great satisfaction in knowing that she plays a part in providing an enjoyable experience for our patients from the first phone call to the completion of their visit. What makes DRC360 a special place for Jackie is working with a caring and professional team whose main purpose is patient satisfaction. She also loves the office vibe which is always upbeat with all the staff treating each other like family.

Nathalie Hughes, NP-C, is a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the field of primary care. Holding a Master of Science in Nursing from the Chamberlain University and board certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Nathalie specializes in weightloss management, and preventive health.
Her clinical journey began as a registered nurse Hormone Replacement Therapy, where she developed a keen interest in patient advocacy and healthcare education. This passion led her to pursue advanced practice nursing, allowing her to take a more active role in diagnosing and managing a broad range of health conditions.
Nathalie is known for her empathetic approach and commitment to building strong, trusting relationships with her patients. She believes in the importance of patient education and collaborative decision-making to empower individuals to take charge of their health.

Gaetane Bellamy, is a nurse practitioner specializing in family practice over the last 7 years. She completed her Bachelor’s of Science at Chamberlain College of Nursing and then earned her Master’s in Nursing graduating as valedictorian of her class from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. She has years of experience working as a critical care nurse with experience as a nurse practitioner in Primary care and Urology managing acute to chronic care conditions, weight loss and hormone replacement therapy. She is passionate about Aesthetic medicine and maintaining a whole-body, patient centered approach with the goal of helping patients make real positive changes towards a happier and healthier life while looking their best!
